Welcome to Villa Aava — a modern and cozy villa in the heart of Himos. This spacious and stylish villa offers the perfect setting for spending quality time with family, friends, or colleagues all year round.
The villa is located in the peaceful Golf Resort villa area, close to Himos services, ski slopes, the golf course, and restaurants. Yet the atmosphere here is calm and relaxing. Mornings begin slowly with a cup of coffee as natural light pours in through the large windows, and evenings continue with the warmth of the sauna, the outdoor hot tub, and long dinners together.
This 223 m² villa spread over two floors accommodates up to 14 guests. The spacious common areas make spending time together effortless, while the bedrooms and two separate lounge areas also allow for privacy and quiet moments.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living room, a large dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen suitable even for larger groups. Amenities include two refrigerators, two freezers, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a full set of tableware. From the dining area, you can access the glazed terrace featuring a fireplace — the perfect spot for grilling sausages or roasting marshmallows on chilly evenings. The large terrace also includes a gas grill and outdoor dining area.
The downstairs area is designed for relaxation and socializing. Here you’ll find a spacious sauna area with two showers, an outdoor hot tub, a cozy lounge space, and a separate bar kitchen with refrigerators. For entertainment, guests can enjoy karaoke, darts, and a TV. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet for ski clothes and outdoor gear.
The bedrooms are designed for comfortable rest, featuring double beds, separate beds, blackout curtains, and storage space suitable even for longer stays.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them from Himos Center for €15/set. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
