This modern and cozy studio is located in an excellent area close to Rovaniemi city center. The apartment is on the first floor, making arrival easy, and the peaceful location ensures a comfortable stay while still being close to everything.

Shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a short walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the city without needing a car.

The 24.5 m² studio is designed for two guests. The space combines modern interior design with a practical layout, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. The sleeping area features a comfortable 160 cm double bed.

The kitchen and living area form a functional and inviting space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and includes everything needed for everyday use. Coffee and tea are provided.

The bathroom includes all essential amenities, including a washing machine, making the apartment convenient for longer visits.

The building is new and modern, offering a pleasant and comfortable environment to relax after a day out.

Please note that there is no private parking space for this apartment. Nearby parking is limited, and there is a paid parking garage at the Revontuli shopping center next to the building.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
