This spacious and bright penthouse apartment is located in an excellent area right next to Rovaniemi city center. All services, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are within a short walking distance, while the apartment itself offers a calm and private atmosphere.

The 75 m² apartment is situated on the top floor, bringing a sense of space and calm. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, creating a comfortable environment throughout the year. The building has a spacious elevator, making arrival easy even with luggage.

The apartment features two bedrooms and a living area with additional sleeping space. The first bedroom includes a 160 cm double bed, and the second bedroom has three 90 cm single beds. In the living room, there is a 120 cm sofa bed. Altogether, the apartment can accommodate up to seven guests.

The living room and dining area form a functional and welcoming space for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the dining table seats up to six people.

Getting around is effortless thanks to the central location. The Santa Claus bus departs from approximately 150 meters away and takes you directly to Santa Claus Village.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
