This spacious and peaceful townhouse apartment, completed in 2021, offers a comfortable base just four kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi. After a day of Arctic experiences, you can return to your own calm space – prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, relax in the bright living room, and end the day in the gentle warmth of your private sauna.
The apartment is well suited for families and small groups. Two bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to four guests: one bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, and the other a 120 cm bed. The spacious living room and open living area create a welcoming setting for spending time together.
The fully equipped kitchen makes both everyday cooking and more relaxed dining easy. In addition to the bathroom, the apartment includes two separate WCs, ensuring a smooth stay for multiple guests. A private electric sauna adds an extra level of comfort and relaxation.
Parking is easy and convenient, with a covered carport equipped with an electrical outlet.
The location combines a quiet residential setting with easy access to key destinations. Rovaniemi city center is just a short drive away, and the airport, railway station, and Santa Claus Village are all within easy reach.
A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
Please note that luggage storage is not available before or after your stay. However, we offer a luggage transfer service from the airport or railway station directly to the apartment, and from the apartment back to the airport or railway station. Price: €75.
