The house provides generous and functional spaces for larger groups. Upstairs features an open living room and dining area with seating for up to eight people. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable, and the layout is ideal for spending time together.

The upper floor also includes one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a separate WC, and a private gym, offering additional comfort for active stays.

Downstairs, there is a sauna area with a spacious bathroom and three showers. This floor also includes a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, as well as a large lounge area with an additional 160 cm bed and a sofa bed, creating a comfortable space for relaxation and shared moments.

Overall, the house offers versatile accommodation for both short and longer stays.

The location allows easy access to the city center, riverside, and main attractions, all within walking distance.
