This beautifully renovated traditional Finnish home is located in a peaceful residential area, offering a comfortable balance of tranquility and convenient access to local attractions. Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village are easily reachable, also by public transport, making this an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.
The spacious two-storey house, 140 m², provides plenty of room for relaxing and spending time together. The interior combines timeless Finnish style with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there is an open living and kitchen area designed for shared moments. The fireplace serves as the heart of the living room, adding warmth and character to the space. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, whether for everyday meals or longer dinners together. This floor also includes one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom, and a large entrance area with ample storage space.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. The upper-floor lounge area includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
In the yard, you will find a traditional wood-heated sauna and an outdoor hot tub, offering a perfect way to relax after a day of activities. The property also includes plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.
Fast Wi-Fi and practical layouts ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for both leisure and remote work.
A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.

- Check-in is arranged in person, and we will introduce the house upon your arrival
- Please note that luggage storage is not available before or after your stay. However, we can arrange luggage transfer from the airport or railway station directly to the property and back. Price: €75.
