Snowberry Luxury Villa is a spacious and modern villa located in a peaceful area, close to Rovaniemi’s main attractions. The 133 m² villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests and is well suited for families, friends, or couples.
The villa combines functionality with comfort. Open living spaces, warm interior design, and large windows create a welcoming environment for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make everyday living and shared meals easy.
Four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, another a 140 cm double bed, and the third is designed for children. The fourth room includes two convertible armchairs that can be arranged either as one 160 cm double bed or as two separate 80 cm single beds.
The living room includes a large sofa, a dining area for eight people, and a Smart TV, offering a comfortable space for relaxation.
A private sauna and an outdoor hot tub add an extra level of comfort throughout the year. After a day out, you can unwind in the sauna or relax in the hot tub in the peaceful outdoor setting.
The private yard provides additional space for outdoor living and makes the villa especially suitable for families.
Utility facilities, fast Wi-Fi, covered parking, and easy self check-in with a smart lock ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
The location is peaceful but central. Santa Claus Village is just a few minutes away by car, and Rovaniemi city center is easily accessible.
A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40 (including bed linen and towels).
