Modern Cozy Apartment near Rovaniemi City Center

This modern and cozy apartment is located in an excellent area in Rovaniemi, within walking distance of the city center, railway station, and bus station. The location makes getting around easy, while the neighborhood remains quiet and suitable for relaxing after a day out.

The 35 m² apartment is decorated in a Scandinavian style and is best suited for up to three guests, with a maximum of two adults and two children. The layout is functional and comfortable for both short and longer stays.

The bedroom features a 160 cm double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. The space also includes a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for everyday cooking. A dishwasher adds convenience, and coffee and tea are included.

The apartment also features a glazed balcony, offering a comfortable additional space to relax throughout the year.

The building has an elevator, and a free private parking space is available for guests.

There is also another identical apartment in the same building, which can be booked together for larger groups.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
