This cozy apartment offers a peaceful place to relax during your stay in Rovaniemi. At the end of the day, you can unwind in your private sauna and then step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh Lapland air.

The location is excellent: the University of Lapland is right next door, while the city center and Santa Claus Village are easily accessible. The area combines a quiet setting with convenient connections to nearby attractions.

The 40 m² apartment accommodates up to five guests. The bedroom features a 160 cm double bed. In the living room, there is a 120 cm futon sofa and a convertible armchair, providing additional sleeping space.

The living and dining area form a functional space for spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for both everyday cooking and longer stays.

The bathroom includes a private sauna, adding extra comfort to your stay. The balcony offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors in your own peace.

A free parking space is available for guests, and public transport connections are close by.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
