Beautiful Penthouse Apartment near Rovaniemi City Center

This beautifully decorated penthouse apartment is located in an excellent area close to Rovaniemi city center. Arktikum and Pilke are just around the corner, and all services, restaurants, and cafés are within a short walking distance.

The 46 m² apartment is situated on the top floor of the building, which has an elevator. Being on the top floor brings a sense of space and privacy, and the balcony offers views over the city. In the evenings, you can enjoy the city lights, and on clear nights, you may even spot the Northern Lights.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. The living room features a sofa bed and an armchair, providing a comfortable space for relaxing and spending time together. There is also a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking. Coffee and tea are included.

The bathroom includes a private sauna, adding extra comfort to your stay. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

The balcony serves as a pleasant additional space throughout the year, with seating and a small table. During winter, a sled is available for guests.

A free parking space is included, and check-in is flexible with a self check-in key box.

A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request for €40, including bed linen and towels.
