This cabin is in a stunning location surrounded by amazing scenery. We loved the sauna followed by a cold plunge in the lake aswell as watching the huskies pass by. We had everything we needed and the road was always cleared after heavy snow. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and it exceeded expectations. We were even lucky enough to watch the northern lights on the lake.

We got married near Rovaniemi 10 years ago and so dreamed of coming back for our anniversary. This meant that we wanted somewhere unforgettable, which is what we found.The peace and tranquility provided at the accomodation is the perfect antidote to the digital, screen driven modern world that we live in.Highly recommend.James and Simone

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed at, it was absolutely gorgeous!! We hired a car so the location wasn’t an issue as we wanted somewhere more remote. The host was really responsive & friendly. We’re recommending the cabin to everyone - thank you so much again!!

Cannot imagine a better vacation in Finland anywhere else than here. The place looks even better in real life than the pictures. I don’t want to sound crazy - but this place - you cannot capture the vibe in a picture, nor a video. You just have to witness it. I will not give any spoilers. 10/10.

Idyllic, magical, breathtaking, peaceful, heavenly, picturesque, romantic, priceless, great host. If I had 10,000 words I’d fill this review. One of if not the ‘best’ Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Utilise the Cabin as it’s a haven to relax in. Grab a shop 🛒’before’ you arrive as you could just stay here all the time it’s that relaxing. The surrounding area is like your own private peace of Narnia magic. Yes you can get Ubers as we did to Rovaniemi etc, average price €50 euro but that’s what it is to be staying in such an amazing place. It’s traditional sauna where we also bathed 🧼 and relaxed was perfect..! Jacuzzi for just chilling with a glass of wine 🍷 looking up at the stars and as we were lucky 🍀 enough to see the Northern Lights our reason for our trip. The hosts were excellent, always on hand to provide information or help. We will come back here one day and we can’t wait. It was truly a privilege to have been blessed with such views and to have found such a home for our stay ❤️?

Nous recommandons sans hésiter. le chalet a une vue magnifique sur le lac, il est très bien équipé. la salle de bain est dans le sauna. les wc écologiques sont a l'extérieur mais cela n'enleve en rien la magie du lieu. a cela s'ajoute la proximité du lac gelé pour se promener et la proximité du chenil :)

Absolutely perfect spot for our visit. Hosts were kind and responsive. Having a sauna was a highlight as well as watching the northern lights in the hot tub. Even though it was -30 degrees we still enjoyed the cold-plunge and warm cozy fire inside. Highly recommend!

My favourite Airbnb ever, it was -40 outside when we stayed, me and my boyfriend didn’t want to leave the cabin because it was so cosy and perfect. The location is like something out of a fairytale the surrounding forest and lake is so beautiful it almost doesn’t feel real. The cabin was pristine, the bed was super comfy, the hot tub is heated so well it’s like a bath we always went in at night. Don’t worry about there not being a shower (coming from a high maintenance girl😂)I was able to wash my hair easily in the sauna and now I wish I could do that everyday instead haha. The hosts are so kind and super responsive you will feel right at home. (Tips: I would recommend renting a car because the taxis are extortionate and stock up on food/wine before you arrive in the cabin)This is truly the most magical and peaceful place you could stay, thank you both for everything🫶

The cabin surpassed expectations! It was so cozy! The view was beautiful! Loved being surrounded by the huskies and watching them on the lake too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – My Best Airbnb Ever!This was truly my best Airbnb ever. Sara and Daria took incredible care of us throughout our entire stay and were always immediately reachable whenever we needed anything. The apartment was perfect in every way, and every single cent was absolutely worth it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

Le logement offre un cadre idyllique pour se reposer et profiter de la nature. C’est très charmant sous la neige et on peut y admirer les aurores boréales comme c’est un endroit éloigné de la ville.Quelques négligences a noté tout de même : vaisselles pas très propres et pas révisé par l’hôte. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. Dommage de voir les placards de la cuisine désordonné pour une cabane censé prôné le luxe 5 étoiles.On recommande quand même car le séjour est forcément inoubliable et vaut le détour autant qu’une activité hivernale !

Es uno de los mejores lugares en los que me he hospedado! Una cabaña tranquila, privada a las afueras de Rovaniemi, el host es súper amable y comunicativo.Durante mi viaje me dio varias recomendaciones útiles sobre las actividades a realizar en los alrededores.Las vistas del lugar son impresionantes y muy hermosas, tanto que hasta logré ver las luces del norte en el lugar! Una cabaña privada, frente al lago, en invierno es precioso, definitivamente una experiencia 10/10.Es importante mencionar que para mayor comodidad recomiendo alquilar un auto, principalmente por el elevado costo de transporte en Rovaniemi y la poca disponibilidad de transporte público.

This is the perfect place to escape. The cabin is wonderful, the sauna is one of a kind, and the lake is truly beautiful. The silence is so peaceful! You will not be disappointed with this reservation. Cheers to the great hosts as well.
